Chicken Enchiladas
Ready in about 30 minutes or less!
- whole chicken (cooked and cubed)
- 16 oz sour cream
- 6 oz can of peeled and chopped chilis
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Cheese
- flour tortillas
combine sour cream, chilis, cheese and cream of chicken. Add chicken mix well.
Spoon mixture into tortillas. Place in baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 25 mins at 350.
