- 2 large limes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- pan gravy
- 1 bunch each fresh sage, marjoram and thyme
