DIRECTIONS: 1. Peel, core and slice apples. Pleace in glass baking dish. 2. Crush graham crackers with a rolling pin. 3. Melt margarine in a glass measuring cup in a microwave for about 15 seconds with paper towel over top to prevent splatters. 4. Add margarine to crumb mixture and mix well. Spoon over the apples. 5. Microwave on high 1-12 minutes or until apples are tender. Turn after 6 minutes (If you don't have a turn table). 6. Let stand until slightly cooled. |
